Creative expressions around the theme of “My Journey” will be available for viewing during the opening reception of Bell’s mental health awareness month art show exhibiting at York City Hall. Proclamation by Mayor Michael Helfrich will take place at 5pm. Live music and light refreshments throughout the evening. Meet the artists and speak with Bell social rehabilitation program staff.
