Hanover Area Diversity Alliance is an organization dedicated to ending incidents of bias and discrimination in our community.  We believe that diversity brings strength and creativity.  Therefore, we promote equity and inclusion for ALL people regardless of race, ethnicity, color, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or age.

Advocacy:  We advocate for those who face adversity and discrimination by providing information and referrals to assist with resolution. We also strive to empower those who face challenges in our community by providing educational and networking opportunities to help them better their lives and work toward their dreams.
