The Garden Club of York is a 501(c)3 organization, a federated member of The Garden Club of Pennsylvania since 1922, a partner with the City of York in beautification projects and educational endeavors.  We sponsor the 100+ hanging baskets that adorn Center City and, in partnership with Downtown, Inc., plant and maintain the planters in Center City as well.   We conduct educational experiences for the children at both the Salvation Army and Goode Elementary School after-school programs.  The plantings along the Broad Street corridor – a gateway to York City – are also one of our projects.
