This semester’s panel will focus on women in the music industry and the challenges they face. Guests will include Dorothy Carvello (the first female A&R executive at Atlantic Records), Rachel Pfennig Hales (client and community development manager, Rock Lititz), Katie Robinette ’06 (founding partner, Robin-Banks Entertainment), and sampling & rights expert Deborah Mannis Gardner (Drake, Jay-Z, Rihanna, Beyoncé).
