How to be a better performer? Start With the Breath!
About the Class
Many people forget about the breath – and these days we aren’t really getting the breath that we need and deserve! Join actor, writer, artist, and composer Kate Brennan for our first installment of the “3 Pillars of Performance” Master Class Series. In this session, we will focus on the body, breath, and spine. Incorporating different techniques and methods to help bring everyone more in touch with their physical presence in space, help find more space for breath, and explore the idea of relief and release as a gateway to opening up the inner voice.
