Learn about the region’s role in the Underground Railroad during a two-day event featuring local historians and authors.
The York County History Center will host a two-day event, Friday March 31, 2017 and Saturday April 1, 2017 that will showcase the recent scholarship on the Underground Railroad in south central Pennsylvania. The event will provide insight into Underground Railroad activities in York County as well as additional connections throughout the region.
A slate of seven presenters will bring their expertise to the Underground Railroad both north and south of the Mason-Dixon Line and east and west of the Susquehanna River
