Perhaps one of the most important but often overlooked aspects of operating a small business is the safety of yourself, your employees and your customers. Downtown Inc’s August Business Series Workshop: Safety by Design will focus on providing you with the skills and knowledge so that your space can be safe for all. Topics will include working with challenging customers, shoplifting prevention, and interior and exterior safety through environmental design. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience, Sergeant McBride and Officer Reinert of the York City Police Department will be the presenters for this workshop.
