Celebrate the diversity of our community through literature, music, dance, poetry and spoken word and discussion.
This is a Welcoming Week Event.
The Martin Library Teen Leadership Committee and The Matts Youth Center present an evening of fun meant to help teens share who they are as individuals, represent their culture, and build their connection to others in their community.
Dance teams will perform along with a DJ. Spoken Word and original poetry will be read. Photographs taken by York City Girls Tell Their Neighborhood Story will be showcased. The Story of Human Rights video will be viewed and a discussion regarding Universal Human Rights will follow.
