Foreign Policy Talk: The Challenge Of China, And How The Ukraine War Affects Its Relations With Putin

Mr. Berg is a retired Senior Foreign Service Officer (diplomat) who served at U.S. Embassies and Consulates in eleven different countries, speaks many languages and has worked in various foreign policy positions at the State Department in Washington DC.  He started this twice-yearly lecture with Q&A series at Guthrie Memorial Library in Hanover earlier this year with a talk on Russia and the War In Ukraine.  He says that what he likes best about doing these talks is the Questions and Answers from the audience.  His talk on China is scheduled for 4:30pm on Wednesday, July 26, and is free of charge.
