Make It Plain: A Vision Sharing Workshop 

You’ve had an idea of the “perfect” life, the “perfect” career, relationship, car, trip, etc… You may have also had an idea that the “perfect” life is unattainable. Guess What?! IT’S NOT!

We will discuss how simple changes in the way we talk, think and most importantly, SEE (both literally and figuratively) can change our world right before our eyes. We will share our vision for the future, or even just for tomorrow, and map out the best way to bring a vision to life! As an added bonus, everyone will leave with their very own vision board template, tailored to the way they think and see the world around them! Make It Plain’s Vision Sharing Workshop will open your eyes, literally!

Nearly 600 people have attended SkillSwap classes since the program launched in June 2014. We have hosted almost 80 classes so far on topics ranging from beekeeping to public speaking to bicycle maintenance and roadside repair.

This barter-based education series features workshops on a wide variety of topics in a relaxed and inspiring environment (155!).

The “swap” part? No money changes hands. The instructors provide a list of items or services they will accept in exchange for class participation.

• All color sharpies
• Glue sticks
• Christmas cards
• Card stock
• Paint pens
• WINE
• Poster or cork boards (any size)
• Picture frames
• Any brown paper bag or craft paper items
• Office supplies like post-it’s tacs, etc…
• Old magazines (especially family oriented, finance and travel!)
• More wine… and sharpies
