Vendors, health/wellness organizations, and local businesses will collaborate to present many activities about preserving food and more.
Activities include vegan recipe sharing, and highlighting local vegan products and
- 10 a.m. Stacy Reed, Lancaster Penn State Extension, preserving food
- 11 a.m. Deb Perry, FAC, demonstrate pickled onions and soup
- 12 a.m. Barb Nixon demonstrate pie baking
and mini sessions with holistic practitioners from CHI (Community for Holistic Integration).
