Join Penn State Native Habitat Team and the Penn State Master Gardeners of York County for our 26th annual Native Plant Sale on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at the Picnic Pavilions at John Rudy County Park, 400 Mundis Race Rd, York PA 17406. The event will be held from 8:30AM to 2PM, rain or shine. Native plant growers from around the region will offer a large selection of native plants for sale including trees, shrubs, and flowering perennials suited to our area. Master Gardener experts will be on hand to answer your gardening questions and help you decide on the best plants for your needs.

9:30AM – Noon Book Signing and Readings by Lisa Doseff, author of Grandma Lisa’s Humming, Buzzing, Chirping Garden
At 10AM, make a guided visit to our New Native Plant Bed at the Demonstration Gardens.
At 11AM, tour the Historic Trees Arboretum with Dean Emig and Debra Carman. Learn about native trees as host plants.
Be sure to visit the many educational displays and shop for books, gifts, and garden tools. Come early for best selection.
FBC Food Truck will be serving coffee, sandwiches, and sides.
