Sparrow Place in the Square for Give Local York

Join us as we use a ‘life-size’ installation to raise awareness of sex trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation!

Whether they are forced or coerced, Americans are packaged, marketed and sold to buyers for sex. This practice of modern slavery is happening in the City and Counties of York. We hope that by making victims easier to ‘see’ our community will acknowledge this true and violent reality. This increase in awareness of sex trafficking will propel efforts to expand solutions for victims and survivors.

Donations made to Sparrow Place during Give Local York will be used toward not only the fulfillment of our vision to open a safe residence in York County for survivors, but also to expand our training and prevention efforts. Please stop by and support us!
