Sunrise Yoga: Days of Awe

The Jewish High Holidays also referred to as ‘Days of Awe,’ are a time for self-reflection. During this special Sunrise Yoga Class, Group Fitness Instructor Craig will help you start the new year/new day feeling refreshed, grounded, and at peace by taking you on a physical and spiritual journey. You’ll also have the opportunity to contemplate life and the year to come. Plan to let go of whatever is holding you back and flow into a positive future.

This will be held outside on the grass by the temple.
