Drama Kids International uses our famous copyrighted original curriculum in each class. Our programs include a variety of drama-related educational classes and camps, primarily for children and young adults, ages 4-17, using a progressive curriculum that allows students to have some serious fun, while also enabling them to develop:
- Acting skills

- Leadership Skills
- Networking and Social Skills
- Self Confidence and Self-Esteem
- A Positive Approach to Life
Unlike typical drama programs, most of which focus on preparation for a single performance, the Drama Kids “secret sauce” is a fun, fast paced, and developmental curriculum consisting of over 450 unique and detailed lesson plans that ensures happy and successful students. Drama Kids classes feature new curriculum, scenes and activities in each class. Each class features 4-6 different activities, with every class focusing on speech development, creative movement, and a wide variety of primary activities, which include whole class plays, mini-snippets, scene starters, small group improvisations, and much more. Each class meets once per week for one hour in schools and various community center locations.
This well-structured curriculum allows a student to begin attending Drama Kids classes at age 4 and continue through age 17 without ever repeating a lesson plan. New children can enroll at any time during the school year, and new classes at new or existing locations can begin any time during the school year. Our classes are broken down by age groups as follows:
- DKI KinderKids for ages 4-5
- Lower Primary for ages 6-8
- Upper Primary for ages 9-11
- DKI Acting Academy for ages 12-17
In addition, summer camps are in “hot” demand. Drama Kids locations offer numerous week-long camps on either a half-day or full-day basis.
