Lyric Band of Hanover

The Lyric Band of Hanover, located in Hanover, Pennsylvania, was established on November 11, 1932, and consists of a talented and dedicated group of musicians who take great joy in sharing their music with the people of South Central Pennsylvania. The mission of the band is to provide an outlet for those who wish to play music. It also serves as a medium for instruction, with the purpose of raising the ensemble’s performance level, and to promote a musically-minded spirit in the greater Hanover area. The Lyric Band has been playing weekly summer concerts since 1969, and provide concert performances throughout the year.
