Phoenix media arts

Phoenix Media Arts was created by Anthony Collier and Joshua Santiago in 2021 with a mission to teach the youth in York County film creation through claymation. We have developed a course that allows students to learn the basics of each aspect of film creation scaled down to a small group claymation project. Students will learn how to create a storyline, develop and construct their characters and setting, lighting and angles, filming, film scoring, and voice over recording. Our intention is to use these funds for supplies and scholarships for students to be able to attend our course at Creative York in April of 2023. We hope to inspire children to naturally create a community of their own centered around media arts. We believe that students will naturally collaborate and be of resource to each other through a common interest and passion in film creation.
