Rik Palieri and Rick Nestler will share tales of trains and the hobos who rode them with songs and storytelling.
The workshop is for individuals, musicians and song leaders to learn a few songs, and hear stories of the Hobos. See some of the Hobo codes – pictures used as communication by the transients who rode the rails to find short-term work during some of the most difficult times in America.
Event is free but registration required for limited seating.
