Seasonal Sites Open

Celebrate York’s 275th Anniversary by exploring York’s historic sites!

The York County History Center’s seasonal sites (Colonial Complex, Fire Museum, and Bonham House) as well as the Agricultural and Industrial Museum and Historical Society Museum are open for the 2016 season.  Days and hours of operation vary for each site.  Please check the History Center’s Calendar of Events to confirm tour offerings.


Sites and Hours of Operation :

Historical Society Museum250 East Market Street, York, PA
Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Library/Archives250 East Market Street, York, PA
Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Agricultural & Industrial Museum217 West Princess Street, York, PA
Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Colonial Complex –  April – November 157 West Market Street, York, PA
(Gates House, Golden Plough Tavern, Barnett Bobb Log House and Colonial Court House)
Tuesday through Saturday by guided tour. General public tours will  typically be offered on the following Schedule:
April-May Tuesday-Friday – Tour times at 2:00 and 3:00; Saturday 10, 11, 1, 2, 3
June-October – Tuesday- Thursday – Tour times at 11:00, 1:00, 3:00; Friday and Saturday 10, 11, 1, 2, 3
November – Tuesday-Thursday- Tour times at 11:00 and 2:00; Friday and Saturday 10, 11, 1, and 2

Bonham House, 152 East Market Street, York, PA  Open the third Saturday of the month 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. April-October, fourth Saturday in November 

Fire Museum – April – November  757 West Market Street, York, PA 
Saturdays Only 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Adult-$15, Students (6-18)-$7, Children 5 and under-Free. $2 discount for AAA, Senior Citizens, College Students, and Military with proper ID.rn
