Terri Yacovelli

Terri Yacovelli is a mixed media and encaustic painter who lives in York, Pennsylvania. Her work ranges from abstracts with rich surface treatment to landscapes and floral studies. An avid traveler, Terri’s work is often inspired by the exploration of new places. Ms. Yacovelli has a traditional fine art background, but has primarily been working in the ancient medium of encaustic, which is molten beeswax, damar resin and pigment. This hot paint process allows the artist to explore a variety of methods and use nontraditional materials.
